Aid for “Goodness Trains” reaching Afghanistan from Turkey continues. Food aid and carpets were distributed in the Tahye-i Maskan orphanage, one of the largest orphanages in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, within the framework of the aid that came with the “Goodness Trains”. Turkey’s Ambassador to Kabul, Cihad Erginay, said in a statement, “Turkey has provided various aids to Afghanistan during this period, and the most symbolic of these aids is the 4th one that was sent to Afghanistan upon the instruction of our President and arrived in Afghanistan a few weeks ago. They are trains of kindness,” he said.
Nearly 5 tons of humanitarian aid packages of charity trains created by AFAD, Turkish Red Crescent, TIKA and other Turkish organizations are distributed to the needy and organizations in 34 provinces of Afghanistan.
