The Greek search and rescue teams that returned to their country after completing their mission in Türkiye, where severe earthquakes killed and injured tens of thousands, were greeted with great love. Two teams from the Greek Special Disaster Unit (EMAK), each consisting of 36 personnel, were welcomed by Health Minister Thanos Plevris and Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Minister Christos Stylianidis at Athens International Airport.
