An explosion at gunpowder factory in Russian’s Ryazan region killed 15 workers. A fire broke out following the explosion, Ministry of Emergencies of Russia said. Firefighters and rescue teams were sent to the scene to tackle the flames. An investigation into the incident has been launched by Russian Investigate Committee. The cause of the explosion is not yet known.
