A severe hailstorm hit the Talas region of northwestern Kyrgyzstan, turning courtyards and fields white and causing significant damage. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Bakay-Ata district was particularly affected, with approximately 50 hectares of agricultural land damaged in the villages of Kyrgyzstan, Con-Korgon, and 1 May. Authorities have begun damage assessment efforts in the region.
