The Saudi Arabian city of Taif was hit by hailstorm. While the hail brought everything to a halt, many vehicles were trapped in traffic owing to the ice that had accumulated on the roads. As teams were dispatched to clear the ice on the roads, locals were advised to exercise caution in the event of inclement weather.
