Head-On Train Collision in Russia Injures 25

In Russia’s Ulyanovsk region, a head-on collision between two trains occurred in Kuybyshev city. The passenger train traveling from Adler to Perm carried 400 passengers, resulting in 25 injuries. Five were treated on-site, and those hospitalized had non-life-threatening injuries. Russian Railways confirmed no derailment or track damage, evacuating passengers and moving the trains to the nearest stations. The incident was attributed to station managers’ error.
