Ukraine is experiencing widespread power and water outages as a result of Russia’s attack on energy infrastructure with 70 missiles yesterday. In a statement, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that 70% of the capital is without power and water.
On the other hand, the doctors at Kyiv Heart Hospital continued a heart surgery without power. Using a portable light, doctors successfully completed the surgery and saved the child’s life.
