Floods during heavy rain, which increased in the afternoon hours in Türkiye’s Antalya, where the “Orange Code” warning was issued, paralyzed life in the Manavgat district.
The local municipality initiated work to clean damaged roads throughout the district, repair infrastructure damaged by the flood and drain water that leaked into houses. Also temporary shelters were created for citizens evacuated from their homes.
