Hezbollah retaliated to the Israeli army’s intense attacks on southern Lebanon yesterday. The Israel Defense Forces announced that 60, 70 and 20 rockets were fired into northern Israel, respectively, and that some of the rockets were destroyed.
Israeli civilians were asked in advance to stay close to shelters as the attack was expected and warned by sirens installed in various areas.
Israeli warplanes struck 30 missile platforms, infrastructure targets, 150 missile ramps prepared for a sudden attack on Israel, some buildings and a weapons depot yesterday in Lebanon.
