High School Shooting in Southeast Türkiye: 16 Injured

A tragic school shooting in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa, Türkiye, has left 16 people injured after an armed attacker opened fire on campus. Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak confirmed that a 19-year-old former student randomly shot students, teachers, a police officer, and a canteen operator with a pump-action shotgun before committing suicide as police closed in. Thankfully, there were no fatalities, and the injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at Siverek State Hospital and the provincial center.
