Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Emir Abdullahiyan and Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Faisal bin Ferhan met and signed a joint memorandum in Beijing, the capital of China. They took steps towards reopening the embassies of the two countries, resuming mutual flights and facilitating the issuance of visas to the citizens of the countries.
