The 405-kilometer Keykubad Migration and Caravan Road between Konya and Alanya is being opened for tourism by the governorships of Konya and Antalya and the Konya Metropolitan Municipality.
Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay said the project will preserve Anatolia’s cultural and historical heritage while boosting tourism and the local economy. Inspired by Seljuk-era pathways, the route offers a unique experience for hikers and history enthusiasts.
Signage is being installed, and introductory walks will begin in April. Authorities invite visitors to explore the route, where history, culture, and nature meet.
