Ten historical artifacts, removed from the Perre Ancient City about 40 years ago, have been recovered and are now on display once again in their original location in Adıyaman, Türkiye. The Adıyaman Museum Directorate, acting on a tip from local residents, found the artifacts—including reliefs, columns, and architectural pieces—about one kilometer from the ancient city. These pieces, from the Commagene and Roman periods, had been relocated for unknown reasons. The artifacts, which include parts of a medieval church and theater reliefs, are now being exhibited in Perre, one of the largest cities of the Commagene Civilization.
