Historical stone houses in türkiye await restoration

The historical neighborhood, which is one of the first-ever settlements in the Tekke village of Türkiye’s Gümüşhane, is waiting to be prepared for tourism. The neighborhood, the fairy chimneys nearby, Çorçol Waterfall and Çağırgan Baba Tomb stand out as an alternative destination to the city’s other tourism routes. Locals say the historical buildings, which resemble the historical houses in Mardin, should be restored for tourism immediately.
