The number of passenger flights targeted by bomb threats across Europe has risen to 21, with no explosives found during inspections. Madrid airport received threats against three flights, while Air Serbia reported a threat targeting a Belgrade-Bucharest flight, which landed safely. Earlier threats also targeted flights operated by Finnair, Aegean Airlines, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Aer Lingus and LOT. In Italy, a group calling itself “Warriors of the Male State” claimed responsibility for threats against two Rome-bound flights, warning it wanted to “leave its mark on history.”
