The annual Democracy March, which is planned to be held on the 24th anniversary of Hong Kong’s handover to China has been banned this year. The Hong Kong administration has deployed hundreds of police to streets for preventing protests. Victoria Park has been closed where pro-democracy demonstrations used to be held in. Police hung banners warning that people entering the park or staying inside might be arrested.
