US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a joint press conference after meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama during his official visit to Albania. Regarding a prisoner exchange agreement between Israel and Hamas before the start of Ramadan, Blinken stated that they received a response from Hamas about a week ago, after a proposal to Hamas was presented by Israel in collaboration with the USA, Qatar, and Egypt.
