A hot air balloon hit a house and ripped off a water tank on the top of the building in Mexico’s Guanajuato state, Leon. The balloon took off with 2 passengers and a pilot during Guanajuato’s International Balloon Festival, where the pilot lost control of the balloon due to adverse weather conditions, authorities said. No casualties were reported after the incident.
