house in Russia collapsed due to river overflow

After heavy rains in Melenskovsky, located in Vladimir city of Russia, the water level of the Oka River rose more than 6 meters. The flood collapsed a house on the riverbank. According to reports, the property, which was empty at the time of the accident, was purchased 5 years ago, and the landlord was told to move it because of its proximity to the river.
