The Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen released footage of an attack on the British oil tanker Cordelia Moon on October 1 with a bomb-laden boat in the Red Sea, about 64 nautical miles northwest of the Yemeni city of Hodeidah. Their footage showed security personnel on the ship firing at the bomb-laden boat but failing to prevent the attack. No information was made regarding the damage to the ship or the ship’s crew.
