Human-Shaped Rock Draws Tourists in Eastern Türkiye

 

A naturally formed rock in Muş, Türkiye, resembling a human head and dubbed the “Man Looking at the Plain,” is attracting nature enthusiasts. Located in the Ahcar Plateau of Kızılağaç, the formation became a popular destination with spring’s arrival.

Members of the Gerok Hiking Group visited the site as part of a 5–6 hour trek, enjoying waterfalls, canyons, and scenic views. Group leader Tekin Güler said the walk promoted the region’s natural beauty, while participant Büşra Balaban emphasized its tourism potential.
