Hundreds of thousands visit Istanbul’s Çamlıca Tower

Çamlıca Tower, one of the landmarks of Istanbul, has welcomed more than 788,000 visitors since its opening. Opened on May 29, 2021, Çamlıca Tower is 369 meters long and 587 meters above sea level, making it the highest tower in Europe. For the first time in the world, 100 radio broadcasts are made from the same point on this tower, without interfering with or disrupting each other’s power.

The tower contains souvenir shops, a cafeteria, and viewing terraces with panoramic views of Istanbul.
