Hurricane Fiona, which struck Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands, is intensifying. Hurricane Fiona will become a category 4 in the next few days, according to the US National Hurricane Center (NHC). The hurricane has been wreaking havoc in the Turks and Caicos Islands with a category 3 storm.
