Ice Cream Trucks Store Palestinian Victims as Morgues Reach Capacity in Gaza

As Israel’s attacks on Gaza intensify, morgues in hospitals are reaching their capacity due to the significant loss of Palestinian lives, including civilians. To address the shortage of space, one hospital in Gaza, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, has resorted to using ice cream trucks to store the deceased, particularly unidentified bodies. Hospital authorities have explained that due to the rising death toll, they are unable to accommodate all the deceased in their morgues, necessitating this unconventional solution. The situation highlights the strain on Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure amid the ongoing conflict.
