Imran Khan’s Allies Won 99 Seats in Pakistani Elections

According to the data shared on the results of the Pakistani general election, independent MPs supported by the Pakistan Movement for Justice, the party of the imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan, won 99 of the 250 seats in the National Assembly.

Khan was sentenced to prison a week before the election as a result of the corruption case in which he was tried for not disclosing the details of the official gifts he received during his term and selling them.
