lakes In Erzurum are in danger

Wetlands in Erzurum, city of Turkey, began to dry up at the beginning of the summer. People in region is worried about withdrawing of the small lake where animals meet their water needs. For many years, the amount of precipitation per square meter in Erzurum was 56 kilograms, and 12 kilograms of precipitation fell this year in April. In May, which averaged 72 kilograms, this year only 10 kilograms of precipitation occurred.
