Indonesian Ambassador to Ankara, Achmad Rizal Purnama, highlighted the historical and cultural richness of Amasya during his visit, capturing its beauty like a tourism envoy. The Amasya Governorship shared his photos on social media, thanking him for promoting the city.
Purnama described Amasya as the “City of Princes,” where Ottoman rulers, including Sultan Bayezid II, were trained. He also praised Mount Harşena, the Pontic King Rock Tombs, and the city’s illuminated night views, emphasizing its historical significance and natural beauty.
