Hasanlu Hill, a 9th-century historic city located between Lake Urmia and Mahabat in Iran’s West Azerbaijan province, is a popular tourist destination today.
“Hasanlu Hill is a magnificent place with its history. This is an architecturally significant area. There are old structures, houses that remain, and a museum nearby. In fact, everyone should see this place and learn about its history,” Engineer Şiri, who is in charge of Hasanlu Hill, remarked.
