The Israeli army struck the Haret Hreik Dahieh region in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, overnight, damaging multiple buildings, including a mosque near the Salah Gandur Hospital.
The army stated after the attack that the mosque was operated as a command center where attacks against Israel were planned in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Minister of Health announced yesterday that nearly 2,000 people have been killed and over 9,300 others have been injured in Lebanon since the beginning of the Hezbollah-Israeli conflict.
