The Israeli army launched precision strikes on military targets in Iran yesterday in response to Iran’s ongoing attacks for months. During the attacks, which lasted for hours, Iran announced that some military bases in Tehran, Khuzestan and Ilam provinces were targeted and that some areas were partially damaged.
Iran suspended all flights as part of security measures following the Israeli attack.
“We have eliminated immediate threats to Israel by launching specific and precise strikes on military targets in Iran. The Israel Defense Forces have fulfilled their duty. If the regime in Iran makes the mistake of escalating tensions, we will be forced to respond,” said Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Spokesperson Daniel Hagari, after the attacks.
