The Israeli army destroyed the 16-story Mecca Tower, one of Gaza City’s tallest buildings, in a new airstrike. The building had been evacuated before the attack.
On September 15, Israel also demolished the 20-story Al-Ghafri Tower, the city’s tallest building.
