Israel Resumes Attacks Despite Ceasefire Deal

The Israeli army, which has been continuing its massacres in the Gaza Strip despite agreeing on a ceasefire with Hamas, has killed 101 Palestinians, including 27 children and injured 264 more with its attacks since the ceasefire was announced, according to the civil defense sources in the Gaza Strip.

A ceasefire deal that would take affect as of January 19 was reached in indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas. However, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office claimed that Hamas had abandoned some of the articles of the ceasefire agreement and that the meeting where the Israeli cabinet would approve the agreement had been postponed. Hamas, on the other hand, announced that it was committed to the agreement.
