Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir made another visit to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. The Israeli minister entered the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque with extensive security measures by the Israeli police.
“I prayed this morning for the abductees to return home. This can only be possible without a complicated agreement, by increasing military pressure on Hamas and continuing to crush Hamas,” Ben-Gvir said on social media after the visit.
Visits of Ben-Gvir, who visited the Masjid al-Aqsa on May 21 as well, are considered provocation.
