Israeli Forces Intercept Five Sumud Flotilla Boats

Israeli forces have intercepted five boats belonging to the Global Sumud Flotilla, a 54-vessel convoy attempting to deliver water to the blockaded Gaza Strip. Military personnel boarded the ships in international waters approximately 250 miles from the coast, targeting 37 activists from 13 different countries. Flotilla organizers reported that communication was deliberately jammed during the intervention, resulting in a sudden loss of contact with 22 other boats in the convoy. Despite the military action, activists aboard the targeted vessels stated they are prepared for further escalation and remain determined to continue their journey toward Gaza.
