Israeli Forces Keep Intervening in Friday Prayers in Al-Aqsa

Israeli forces resumed restrictions against Palestinians wanting to perform Friday prayers in and around the Al-Aqsa Mosque in East Jerusalem. People under a certain age and women were not allowed into the mosque, and the congregation was prevented from praying in the nearby streets.

An Israeli soldier harshly pushed an old woman who wanted to enter the mosque, causing her to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. The incident increased tension in the area.

The death toll in Palestinian territories, which has been under attack for ninety-one days, has risen to 22,600.
