The Israeli army targeted Al-Tabi’in School in Gaza’s Al-Deraj neighborhood, where displaced Palestinians were sheltering, killing at least 30 people and injuring many others. Local sources reported severe damage to the school following the missile attack.
Palestinian child Ahmed Al-Basyouni described the scene, saying, “There was a huge explosion while we were preparing sahoor. Five classrooms were destroyed, and there were many martyrs and wounded.” This marks the third attack on the school since the war began, with previous strikes killing 130 and 18 people.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israeli attacks overnight killed 404 people and injured 562.
