The ancient Roman city of Jerash in Jordan has seen a 100% increase in tourists in the first four months of the year, totaling 122,253 visitors. The Petra news agency highlighted this growth, with tourists praising the atmosphere and locals noticing the revitalization of the industry. Local craftsman Ehab Neethami emphasized Jordan’s safety and particularly welcomed Chinese tourists, urging them to explore Jerash’s archaeological sites.
