A mobile aid truck was sent by Turkey’s Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. The truck, which reached the region, started to distribute hot meals to the civilians who were victims of the war. In the face of Turkey’s help, Ukrainian citizens showed great loyalty and embraced Turkish flags. Faik Akyüz, who shot the video, could not hold back his tears. Akyüz, broadcasting both live and conveying the developments in the region, said, “I am crying with my pride. Is there anyone here who sends aid other than Turks? There is no one else. There is only Turks. We have a hospital. I am proud. These are the aids of the world’s greatest country. There is no flag other than the Turkish flag here, we are the people of a great country,” he said.
