Just Stop Oil Activists Target Stonehenge with Paint Protest

Environmental group “Just Stop Oil” targeted the UNESCO World Heritage Site Stonehenge in their latest protest. Two activists sprayed orange powder paint on the ancient monument, demanding the UK government commit to ending fossil fuel production and exploration licenses. The group emphasized the need for a legally binding agreement to phase out fossil fuels by 2030. The paint, made from corn starch, is designed to wash away with rain. Both activists were detained following the protest.
