Several NGO members protesting against femicides in Kosovo threw red paint at the prime ministry building. Protesters demanded that violence against women should be treated as a national emergency in the country. Reactions to the government increased after an 18-year-old girl was murdered in the city of Ferizaj. The rally, which started in front of the Ministry of Justice, ended after the paint was thrown at the prime minister’s building.
