The Ukraine Emergency Situations Service personnel were caught in the middle of the conflict while they were responding to a fire that broke out in a building in Kyiv. The personnel, who panicked when gunshots were heard, quickly left the area and moved to a safe point, according to footage released by Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Service.
“No one is surprised anymore by what has happened for a month now. It is an example of how we work in Kyiv. When you hear the gunshot, you have to choose between quitting and continuing. Once again, we are proud to highlight the heroism of our personnel,” said the Emergency Service.
