Lake Çıldır, the second largest lake in Eastern Anatolia in Türkiye, has become a popular destination for weekend visitors looking to enjoy ice activities like sleighing. The lake’s surface is completely covered with ice in the winter, with ice thickness reaching 30 centimeters in some areas due to the cold weather. Tourists took advantage of the sunny weather and enjoyed horseback riding and sleighing on the frozen lake. Visitors from out of town were impressed by the peaceful and picturesque surroundings of the lake.
