The Accham region in Sudurpashchim state of Nepal experienced flooding and landslide following the heavy rains in recent days. Many first aid and search and rescue teams were sent to the area after the disasters left 22 dead and 10 missing. The casualties were taken out of their wrecked houses that were buried by landslide.
According to the official data, landslides and floods resulted in the death of 70 this year. Additionally, 13 went missing.
