Landslide in Northern Pakistan Kills Seven

A landslide triggered by heavy rains in Gilgit-Baltistan, northern Pakistan, killed seven people and injured several others. The landslide occurred as a group was repairing a water canal, leaving 15 people trapped. Rescue teams recovered eight bodies, and seven survivors were hospitalized. The region has also been affected by flooding, which damaged irrigation systems and caused a bridge collapse. Nationwide, the death toll from the rains has reached 311, with over 730 injured since June 26.
