Libya Sends 2 Aid Planes, Rescues 27 After Kahramanmaraş Earthquakes

In response to the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, the Libyan government dispatched two aid planes to Turkey and Syria to provide support to the affected populations. The planes carried more than 70 medical personnel, rescue workers, and first responders, according to Libyan aid official Gibril Shtewi. Additionally, a Libyan search-and-rescue team of 55 people and four trained dogs were able to successfully extract 27 people from the rubble.
