Life raft carrying 66 refugees rescued by Turkish coast guards

Life rafts carrying 66 refugees were rescued by Turkish Coast Guards off the coast of Çanakkale’s Ayvacık district after being pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek ships. Refugees were brought to the removal center in Ayvacık by the coast guards following official proceedings.

A Turkish fisherman captured the incident, where refugees were pushed back by Greeks and waited to be rescued.
