Numerous people flocked to petrol stations in Karachi before the nationwide strike decision taken in Pakistan following the government’s decision to increase the price of petrol. Drivers who wanted to fill the tanks of their vehicles and stock up formed long queues at petrol stations with demijohns and bottles in their hands.
Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association said the strike may last longer than planned.
