Nearly 30 countries met at the Élysée Palace under the Coalition of the Willing, chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron, to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and steps after peace. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky joined European leaders and EU officials, while NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and 20 countries, including Türkiye, participated via video link.
US President Donald Trump will be briefed on the meeting, where Macron stressed that reliable security guarantees for Ukraine are essential for credible progress toward peace and said policies toward Russia were also on the agenda.
