Magnitude 5.5 Earthquake Triggers Panic as Rocks Fall in Adana

A magnitude 5.5 earthquake hit the Kozan district of Adana, causing rocks to break loose from the mountains and creating panic among the residents. In one area, a person’s frightened reaction to the shaking and falling rocks was captured on camera. In another district, rocks rolled down the slopes in a village, forming dust clouds, but luckily, no houses were hit. The incidents caused great fear among the affected communities.
