Magnitude 7 earthquake in Philippines killed at least 4

A 7.0-magnitude earthquake that struck the Philippines’ Abra province claimed at least 4 lives, officials stated. The earthquake felt in Manila, the Philippines’ capital, prompted the evacuation of at least two hospitals. Wheelchairs were used to transport many patients on the streets. Paramedics and the Philippine Red Cross continued their care for the victims in beds set up on the streets.
